Ok This was my dinner tonight. I am so far off the raw food diva path. The only thing raw on my plate is the salad.

I guess my life is raw enough that eating cooked food is giving me balance!

The band is going good and our New Years Eve gig was fun. I am going out to jam with some guys in a club tonight. It feels good to sing again.

I just gave her a bath. When we took her to get groomed not only did they cut her in 2 places they also did not clean her. She smelled very chemically and she still had mats on her ears. I need to find a better place to take her.

She smells so clean now and is fluffy as fluffy can be!

Sometimes the way is dark but that is when it it is even more important to believe
