I have not written in this blog so long I almost forgot that I had it. This blog was my first experience with social media. At the time I started this blog I was eating a raw food vegetarian diet. So much has changed since then.

Emotional Freedom Technique

Got this book in 2001. It took me until this year to really read the book and give it a real world try. It has helped me. I'm not quite sure how this thing works. Applied it exactly as they talk about in the book. I also took notes while I was doing it to test and see whether it was really working. On the issues I was concerned about I definitely notice a reduction in anxiety symptoms. This is a good book. Get it read it and try it out.

These are purple sweet potatoes that I got from the farmers market. The color on this is so deep and so powerful it is just beautiful.

Paper straws!!! Yay!! One plus for nature and mankind. All straws need to be paper just like in the olden days.

My thoughts and prayers go out to Emanuel African Methodist Episcopalian Church of South Carolina. An evil little boy had a gun and hate. Don't know how his stupid Buster Brown haircut will hold up in jail. He will have to live the rest of his life in solitary confinement.

Cheese from around the world. Nothing raw here. I eat lots of fruit raw. Cheese has been added to my diet. It is working out good for me!
