Want some sun dried tomatoes? If you buy them at the store they usually have a chemical preservative. I can be allergic to some of them, like sulpher dioxide.
I do not have a food dehydrator. If you just turn your oven on very low it is like a dehydrator. Also my oven has a convection fan so it works really great! Here is a link to a recipe to how to make slow oven dried tomatoes.
